Black Hills Energy Custom Energy Efficiency Program for Colorado

The Custom Energy Efficiency Program offers financial incentives to promote installation of energy-efficiency measures for  Black Hills Energy customers. Eligible participants may include multifamily customers, large commercial and industrial customers. Applicants are required to be Black Hills customers in Colorado who purchase natural gas directly from Black Hills. Existing building retrofits are eligible for this Program. Transportation and irrigation gas customers are not eligible for this incentive program.

Applications must be approved prior to purchase or installation of energy efficiency measures.  Rebates are available January 1 thru December 31, or until program funding is fully allocated.  The Black Hills Energy’s Custom Energy Efficiency Program is administered by Mesa Point Energy (MPE).  For  questions or to request forms, please contact the MPE Custom Program Administrator at 303-661-0159 or custom@mesapointenergy.com .
